Our services

Six gentle pillars of clinic care.

Whether you're planning a baby, recovering from one, or just trying to figure out what that rash is — we're here for it. Same warm room, same familiar faces.

Natural births

A midwife-led birthing experience in a calm room set up to feel like home — soft lighting, your own playlist, freedom to move. We support water births, active labour, and skin-to-skin from the very first minute.

  • Birth plan built with you, not for you
  • Continuous one-to-one midwifery presence
  • Birthing pool, ball, mats and beanbags available
  • Clear referral pathway if anything needs hospital care

Antenatal care

Full pregnancy care from your first positive test to the days before birth — thorough check-ups, scans where needed, and unhurried time to talk through anything you're carrying.

  • Booking visit, history and risk screen
  • Routine bloods, urine and blood pressure monitoring
  • Growth scans and referrals for foetal medicine when needed
  • Birth-prep classes for you and your partner

Postnatal & baby care

Those early weeks are tender. We come to you for home visits and welcome you back to the clinic for baby weight checks, feeding support, and your six-week mom check-up.

  • Home visits in week 1 and 2
  • Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support
  • Newborn weight, jaundice and cord checks
  • Mom's mental-health screen and physical recovery

Immunisations

The full childhood schedule plus boosters for older kids and adults — travel vaccines, flu shots, and tetanus too. We take time to explain what each shot does and use distraction techniques that genuinely work.

  • EPI childhood schedule from birth
  • Travel vaccines & certificates
  • Adult flu, tetanus and HPV
  • Vaccine record card kept for you

Minor ailments

Quick, kind care for the everyday things — sore throats, fevers, ear pain, rashes, urinary infections, conjunctivitis, and the cuts kids find new ways to make every week.

  • Same-day or next-day appointments
  • Treatment plans and prescriptions on the spot
  • Clear advice on when to escalate to a doctor
  • Referral letters if you need them

IV therapy

Hydration, vitamin and recovery drips for adults — for those weeks where you've been running on coffee, recovering from flu, or supporting yourself through pregnancy nausea.

  • Hydration & electrolyte replacement
  • Vitamin B-complex, magnesium and immune blends
  • Pregnancy-safe rehydration for hyperemesis
  • Comfortable, reclined chair in a quiet room

Common questions

What people usually want to know first.

Do I need a referral from my doctor to come?

No — you can book directly with us. If we think a specialist or doctor's input would help, we'll refer you and share notes with them.

Can I birth here if it's my first baby?

Yes, many of our families have their first birth here. We do a careful risk assessment in early pregnancy and check in at every visit. If anything changes, we have clear hospital partnerships in place.

Do you accept medical aid?

We're cash-pay with detailed invoices that most major medical aids will reimburse from your day-to-day or maternity benefit. We'll talk you through the codes during your first visit.

Can my partner / doula / mom be there for the birth?

Absolutely. The room is yours — bring the people who help you feel safe. We'll work with your doula, hold space for grandparents, and welcome older siblings if that's what you want.

What happens if I need a hospital transfer during labour?

We're trained to spot the signs early. If a transfer is needed, your midwife stays with you, our paperwork goes ahead, and you'll be expected at the partner hospital — most of the time you continue with the same care plan, just with extra support.

Not sure which service you need?

Send us a quick WhatsApp — we'll point you to the right kind of visit, no obligation.
